We are a highly efficient, geographically dispersed seasoned team that has the development process down to a science. We block time into two week increments, called Sprints, where team members set their own indidual goals they expect to deliver. They are empowered by having access to all needed documentation along with multiple communication tools including a Slack channel where we chat daily, and a weekly voice meeting with the whole team via Skype where we discuss needed topics while trying out the latest builds. In return for all their hard work, they are given a generous revenue share that increases with their time and effort.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to get into game development, if you want to be a part of our fun-loving team and have what it takes to fill one of the below positions, we'd love to talk!
